Supercharging an EA81 (Subaru BRAT)
To-Do
Install Weber carb- Replace fuel lines and install new fuel pump (>7.5psi)
- Add boost reference fuel pressure regulator
- Make Weber boost-ready (seal choke)
- Add carb plenum/hat
- Make intake (probably using one of the headlight slots)
- Mount supercharger (AMR500 Probably)
- Add gauges(?)
- Retune carb

Installing the Weber
Not too much to say about this, since I did it a few months ago now. I don't really have any pictures (sorry!) but it was mostly an uninteresting process. All I needed was an adapter plate which I was able to source from Redline. I followed a procedure outlined here and I finished the thing in an afternoon with my dad. The new carb added around 5-10 HP (haven't got the thing on a dyno so I'm mostly guessing).
